Payment Options

The Village of Greenview offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

1.  ONLINE- Follow directions listed after login links

VIEW MY BILL

- To VIEW your bill, you must have an email address on file with the Clerk

- You must use your new account #.  Get your new account number by dropping the first zero and adding 2 zeros to the end of your current account # (Do not use -dashes- just the numbers)

PAY MY BILL

- You must use your new account #.  Get your new account number by dropping the first zero and adding 2 zeros to the end of your current account #

- Do not use -dashes- when entering your account number

- If you want the new portal to save your credit/debit card information, you must create a new username and password.  This will not sign you up for auto pay with a debit/credit it will just store your information, and you will get an email reminder that the bill is due, to log in and pay it.

2. Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before it's due. Post dated checks are not an acceptable form of payment.

3. Automatic Bank Draft

With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out an ACH Recurring Debit Form and drop it off or mail it to our office. 

4. Night Depository

After hours, in-person payments may be made in the "Night Depository" slot on the north side of the Village Hall, to the left of the drive-thru teller booth. Envelopes are provided in the box above the Night Depository. Current checks (not dated for a later withdrawal) and cash are accepted methods of payment.

5. Greenview branch of Middletown Bank

Greenview water bills may now be paid by cash or check at the Greenview branch of the Middletown Bank, with no fee!
